– Refunds are available for ticket purchases only.
– Merchandise, or any other purchases at the event are not eligible for refunds.

– No refunds will be processed after this deadline.

– All refund requests must be made through the email:hello@futurefest.pk – Proof of purchase (ticket receipt or confirmation email) is required.
4. Refund Amount:
– Full refunds are available until 7 days before the event.
– No refunds will be provided for requests made less than 7 days before the event.
5. Cancellation or Event Changes:
– In case of event cancellation by the organizers, full refunds will be provided.
– No additional compensation will be provided for event schedule or content changes.
6. Processing Time:
– Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the refund request approval.
– Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
7. Special Circumstances:
– Exceptions for medical or other emergencies may be considered case-by-case, requiring appropriate documentation.
